How we work

At Zisa we believe client involvement in the website design process is of paramount importance, however the way we work with our clients allows them to be involved as little or as much as they choose, depending on their own level of expertise and of course time restrictions.

1. Client Brief

A meeting between Zisa and the client is arranged for an initial discussion and to brainstorm about the website design, functionality, budget and timing requirements. This can be done in person or through email and telephone.

2. Proposal

The proposal is compiled by Zisa, after collating the full client brief, which details web and graphic design ideas, amount of pages, self updateable sections, the final price, and the production processes required to achieve the end result. We liaise with our website designers to document the key phases of the project, timing and invoice plans through to completion.

3. Approval & Contract

Once the client is satisfied with the Zisa Web proposal, a contract is signed to commence with website

4. Screenshots Designed

Our graphic and website designers get to work, several separate visuals/screenshots are designed, and are presented to the client, and once a preferred design idea is chosen, the concept is further developed ready for coding.

5. Website Design Build

Our website designers code the individual pages, functionality is programmed, and site content added, and website design is completed.

6. Evaluation

The website is thoroughly tested for errors and bugs, for instance, to ensure restricted areas are properly secure.

7. Final Delivery

The website is loaded to the final webspace and connected to your domain name where it will appear live on the Internet.

8. Future Website Maintenance

You will usually have a password protected area so you can have the flexibility to modify the website text and images easily and rapidly yourself without any programming skills whatsoever. If you prefer our own professional website designers to make the changes, we will be happy to put a maintenance package in place or charge you on an hourly basis as and when you need modifications. Whatever method of maintenance you choose, Zisa is dedicated to making sure your website is a success for the long term, and will always be a phone call away.
